Portugal National Day celebrated with fado concert

Bucharest will celebrate the Portugal National Day, June 10, together with the Embassy of Portugal in Bucharest and the Romanian Radio Orchestras and Choirs with an extraordinary FADO concert, at the Romanian Radio Hall. No Fado e na Vida (In Fado and in Life) is an original show featuring Marta Pereira Da Costa and Rodrigo Costa Felix, a musical dialogue which brings together traditional Fado music with a modern approach of the genre.

The two artists have performed in several noteworthy venues in Portugal and worldwide and compelled recognition for the peculiar elegance and naturalness with which they perform both traditional Fado and original compositions. They will be accompanied by André Moreira – contrabass and Pedro Pinhal – guitar.

The event will take place on June 12, from 19.00. The tickets are available on www.bilete.ro, in Posta Romana offices, Inmedia stores, Germanos stores and in the Radio Hall box office.
