Noerr advises bauMax on sale of Romanian network to Adeo Group

Law firm Noerr advised bauMax on the sale of its network in Romania to French group Adeo, active on the local market through the DIY network Leroy Merlin.

The Noerr team that worked on the transaction was made up of Mihai Macelaru, who is in charge of the M&A department, assisted by lawyers Magdalena Lupoi, Luiza Bedros and Roxana Dudau. The Noerr team was supervised by Rusandra Sandu, a partner lawyer who is coordinating the firm’s Corporate/M&A department in Bucharest.

Noerr is a European law firm, with over 500 lawyers and consultants in Germany, Europe and the US. The firms says its activity is mainly oriented towards providing legal assistance and fiscal consultancy interdisciplinary services.
