NEPI expands Severin Shopping Center

Real estate investment fund New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) announced today the expansion of the Severin Shopping Center mall. Works on the construction are scheduled to end this fall and will add new stores and entertainment spaces.

The entertainment area will be composed of a six hall multiplex cinema and a food court, but also a bowling hall, billiards, a casino and a playground for children.

NEPI portfolio includes Mega Mall, Promenada Mall, Vulcan Value Center, Citypark Constanta, Ploiesti Shopping City, Braila Mall, Galati Shopping City and other shopping centers across the country, in Serbia and Slovakia. NEPI also owns office buildings Floreasca Business Park, The Lakeview in Bucharest, City Business Centre in Timisoara and The Office in Cluj.
