Mulberry Development to invest in biggest parking close to historic area of Timisoara

Mulberry Development, the real estate developer controlled by Ovidiu Sandor, will build a new parking lot with over 700 places spanning nine floors. It will be located in the vicinity of the mixed-use ISHO project in Timisoara.

The construction works of the parking lot will be finished in the summer of 2018, according to the developer.

“The infrastructure that will serve the new neighborhood is a priority for us. Thus, we are starting the construction of a large scale parking while finishing the first office building and starting the construction works for the future apartments. (…) The impact will be positive, not just in the ISHO neighborhood,” said Sandor.

ISHO will have in total 2,000 parking lots, including those built on the underground floors of the office and residential buildings.

When completed, Sandor’s project in Timisoara will have 1,000 apartments and 50,000 square meters of office space.
