Mona Opran appointed COO of Saatchi & Saatchi Romania

Mona Opran is the new chief operations officer of Saatchi & Saatchi, Saatchi & Saatchi X, Pantone and Epidemic, all part of Centrade group.

She started her career in advertising in 1996 as part of 141 Romania, the BTL department of Saatchi & Saatchi.

Between 1997 and 2000, she was part of the D’Arcy agency, where she managed the IMP projects in Romania, Bulgaria and Macedonia for clients such as P&G, Connex and Kraft Foods.

After she worked as marketing manager of Bucharest Mall, she returned to D’Arcy as IMP director. In 2005, Opran created Saatchi & Saatchi X, and worked for clients such as P&G, Chio, Ciuc, Danone, Holcim and Raiffeisen Bank.

In 2007 she was appointed managing director of Saatchi & Saatchi and Saatchi & Saatchi X. Starting with January 2011, she focused on developing Saatchi & Saatchi X.
