IT&C equipment distributor Mida Soft Business has taken over a 10 percent share package of Evolution Prest Systems, the firm which controls the IT&C online retailer evomag.ro, according to documents published in the Official Gazette, writes Ziarul Financiar.
Mida Soft Business posted last year a turnover of EUR 6.4 million and a net profit of EUR 500,000, having an average number of 13 employees.
Mida Soft entered the evomag.ro shareholding structure via a share capital growth to which it contributed with RON 5,600.
“As a result of the new capital inflow, the share capital of Evolution Prest Systems, in value of RON 56,000, split in 5,600 shares with a nominal value of RON 10, will be divided between associates as follows: associate Patrascu Mihai has 4,984 social shares, in total value of RON 49,840, representing 89 percent of the total share capital of the company; associate Patrascu Elena Roxana has 56 social shares, in total value of RON 560, representing 1 percent of the share capital of the company; associate Mida Soft Business has 560 social shares in total value of RON 5,600, according to data from the Official Gazette, quoted by Ziarul Financiar.
Evomag posted last year a turnover of EUR 14.5 million, 28 percent higher than during the previous year.
