Meet the Woman – Personal branding and reputation management with Mihaela Rădulescu, Innerout

The Meet the WOMAN! Project is aimed for women who are beginning their professional lives, entrepreneurs or those who are specialists in a field. The event comprises business networking events, organized twice a month with themes like personal branding, business promotion and women leaders who achieved excellence in their profession.

The speaker will be Mihaela Rădulescu, Innerout owner, who will speak about personal branding and reputation management. The event takes place on Tuesday, September 24 2013, at 19:00, at Capital Plaza Hotel, 54 Iancu de Hunedoara Avenue.

“As authenticity is the key of personal branding, I start to sketch someone’s personal brand only after a thorough analysis of that person, with qualitative research tools, after applying personality inventories and doing in depth interviews. It is a great self-knowledge gain, extremely appreciated by clients and at the same time a solid basis for a relevant, sustainable and different position”, said Mihaela Rădulescu.

Graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy in Bucharest and holding an MA in Philosophy of Culture and two more in communications and public relations, Mihaela Rădulescu spent 14 years in advertising (DDB, Mercury 360, GMP, in middle and top management positions) and branding (Senior Brand Consultant for Brandient). For almost a year, she chose entrepreneurship, founding Innerout, a company specialized in personal branding. Innerout clients are mostly entrepreneurs or represent liberal professions, especially businessmen who understand that their reputation management turns into capital for their own business. The Innerout focus is to really know that person’s authenticity. Thus, apart from a better positioning and efficient communication, the Innerout client gains a lot more introspection and self-knowledge.
