Insurance broker and risk adviser Marsh has extended its lease in the Floreasca Business Park office project in Bucharest for an additional 3 years, has announced BNP Paribas Real Estate who brokered the deal.
Marsh has also chosen to increase the leased space to approximately 1,000 sq m in the building which is owned by the South-African investment fund NEPI.
Floreasca Business Park is located close to the Aurel Vlaicu subway station in the northern business district of Bucharest. The building was acquired by NEPI at the end of 2010 for over EUR 100 million.
Marsh, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, New York, has been present on the local market starting with 1995.
