Last call for registrations for Think Leadership

Think Leadership will take place this weekend (June 21-22) at Impact Hub. The event is targeted at young professionals with 4-7 years experience in marketing, sales, finance, logistics, IT, human resources with a healthy passion for leadership.

Registrations are open until June 19 on hipo.ro. Participating is free of charge, however there will be a selection process taking into account the candidate’s profile, professional background, experience and motivation for attending the event.

Over 120 professionals are expected to attend working in a variety of industries: marketing, sales, finance, logistics, IT, human resouces.

Think Leadership offers participants the right environment to obtain new perspectives on what it means to be a leader, what are the resources you need to progress to a leader position. In the two days, participants will find out how important it is to invest in their personal development.

The Think Leadership agenda includes a series of conferences and workshops hosted by individuals with remarkable experience willing to share their experience through sessions such as:

1. Inspire Leadership – a conference that gives participants the change to learn what moments hold the potential to become key moments in the development of their character, as well as leadership styles and particularities, sources of inspiration and self-motivation;

2. Internal talent management systems – a session which will help attendees to discover new resources companies can offer employees for their development;

3. Practical leadership – a series of practical workshops and conferences on the concept of leadership with representatives from Coca-Cola HBC Romania, UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Hilti Romania, Achieve Global, Trend Consult si Edurom.

4. International speakers – Michael Scott, Development Manager, HEC MBA Paris; Gilles Antoine, General Manager, L’Oréal Romania; Philippe Guillouet, General Manager, Hilti Romania.
