JLL appoints Marius Scuta as acting head

Marius Scuta has been appointed head of JLL’s local office “following Gijs Klomp’s announcement that he will be relocating back to Prague”. The announcement comes the same day news broke that  Klomp joined CBRE as head of capital markets for Romania and the CEE region.

Scuta is presently head of JLL’s office leasing and tenant representation departments. In his new position he will be “supported by Troy Javaher, JLL’s CEE head of capital markets and former head of the firm’s Romania business”.

Gijs Klomp joined JLL in May 2013, relocating to Bucharest after spending 11 years based in Prague in senior real estate investment roles.
