Ioana Mucenic launches a new communication agency, called MINIO Studio, in partnership with Paul Cotor. The move came after Ioana Mucenic left Pastel, the agency she launched 10 years ago.
The new agency has a higher focus on strategy and innovation and starts with team of 12 people. The company already has in motion campaigns for important clients on the market. Minio Studio’s objective is to determine the brands to keep up the pace with the consumers.
“The communication industry has become more and more complex and our role, as an agency, is to understand the consumers’ problems and to connect them with the brands, through innovative solutions,” said Ioana Mucenic, CEO of Minio Studio.
But, achieving that goal is more and more difficult. Therefore, as Mucenic adds, Minio Studio is by its clients’ side by using an unique arsenal on the market: a strong team, a network of consultants with expertise in different markets, trends analysis instruments and a self methodology, called REGRAME (soon to be registered).
“The competition on this market is too big for us to permit ourselves to be just another agency. We are creating integrated communication campaigns that radiate of a good and in point strategy. We implement them directly or through some partners with expertize on markets and niche channels. The strategy alliances’ network is a competitive advantage that we develop daily,” also said Paul Cotor, partener & head of creatives.
And the agency is happy to be a startup in a strongly competitive market. According to the statistics, 1 out of 10 companies become successful. On that premises, the Minio Studio employees have created the agency’s blog, where they will post daily about the agency’s evolution, with its winning and losing moments. In this way, the readers will see in real time the company’s development, in an unique initiative by its sincerity.
“We want to be transparent in telling our story that is build right now, under our and everybody’s eyes. We hope, that in time our blog will become a community of people that work in order to make their dreams come true,” explained Ana Achimescu, head of accounts.
