The International Bar Association (IBA) European Regional Forum organizes its first seminar in Romania entitled M&A Roadshow on April 16 at Radisson Blu Hotel.
Representatives of prestigious local and international firms will be key speakers during the event.
The IBA European Regional Forum aims to offer all participants a seminar with presentations and working sessions focused on structuring private mergers and acquisitions transactions, key documents and market trends.
IBA, which has been established in 1947, is the world’s leading organization of international legal parishioners, bar associations and law societies.
