Holi One Color Festival, for the first time in Romania in May

After getting over the sad news that B’Estfest 2014 will not happen this year, we are finally getting some good news regarding the festival circuit. Holi One Color Festival, the musical event that made the world a little more colorful, is coming to Bucharest on May 31. Thousands of people will fill up Piata Constitutiei to listen music, dance and have fun in the most colorful party of the world.

Local and International DJ’s will be part of the playlist with a decisively electronic feel. The highpoint of the festival will be the contdown to the release of colored powders in the air. The star colors: pink bikini, green planet, blue lagoon, yellow sunrise, juicy orange and secret purple.

“Thousands of people, dressed in white, come together to share in music, dance, performance art and visual stimulation. HOLI ONE brings this unforgettable experience to cities all around the world. We come together to share in music, dance, performance art and visual stimulation. (…) The HOLI ONE Colour Festival is inspired by the original Indian Holi fest, but is not associated with or related to that festival. It is important to note that the HOLI ONE Colour Festival is not a religious festival or event”, according to the festival’s website.

All the participants must wear white clothes to highlight the effect of the colors and the event is off limits to youngsters under 18 yrs.

Tickets are available in the Eventim network and prebought they will cost you RON 89. On the day of the show prices will rise to RON 150. Every participant will get a bag of colored powder for their ticket.
