Holcim Romania appoints three new managers

Cement maker Holcim Romania has appointed three new managers: Anca Alexandru (aggregates and concrete division director), Madalina Craciunescu (HR director) and Ioana Borangic (communications director).

Anca Alexandru, 46, is the new director of the aggregates and concrete division at Holcim Romania. She has been with the cement manufacturer since 2002. Over the following year she has held various positions within the division for concrete. Craciunescu is taking over the position from Bogdan Dobre, 45, who this September was appointed marketing and sales director AT Holcim Romania.

Madalina Craciunescu, 32, is the new HR director of Holcim Romania. She joined the cement manufacturer in 2005. Her worked with the company has involved recruitment and development activities among others. She is replacing Nicoleta Salajan who was promoted as HR director for the Holcim Group in Africca and the Middle East.

Ioana Borangic, 30, is the new communication director of Holcim Romania. She joined the company in 2010 as internal communication specialist. Before that, she had amassed more than 10 years of professional experience in corporate communication with various multinational companies. Borangic is replacing Andreea Nicolae who this March was appointed marketing manager Holcim Romania.
