Google launches Voice Search in Romanian

The Voice Search application from Google is available in Romania for all Android operating systems, allowing users to make a rapid voice search on the mobile phone instead of using the keys.

“Romanians are already making millions of daily searches and can now do the same by voice, in Romanian, via Voice Search,” said Dan Bulucea, country manager Google Romania (in picture).

In case the mobile phone runs on Android 2.2 or a newer version, the voice search can be launched by simply touching the microphone icon in the Google search box. If not, Voice Search can be installed from Google Play.

Voice Search was launched in other 12 languages apart from Romanian, and is now available in 42 languages and dialects.
