Global Female Leaders 2016: Our world in transformation – How to master the 6 challenges of change

The “Global Female Leaders Summit” is back for a third year on 17 and 18 April 2016. The next venue for the summit for female leaders from all around the world will be Hotel The Ritz-Carlton in Berlin, where organiser Management Circle will present around 50 international contributions from senior managers of companies and organisations from all the continents. Under the motto “Lead the Future – Embrace Challenges – Discover Opportunities”, the event will examine current economic trends and offer solutions for managing complex business challenges.

Among the speakers at the summit will be Baroness Catherine Ashton of Upholland (Former First VP of the EU Commission and High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security, Member of Parliament), U.K. Heike Baur-Wagner (Director Strategic Partnerships, American Express Services Europe Ltd.), Anne Boden (CEO, Starling Bank), Dr. Michael Bueltmann (Managing Director, Here GmbH), Mechell Chetty (HR Vice President Central Africa, Unilever), Frederique Covington Corbett, (International Marketing Director Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Russia, Twitter), Dr. Gertrud Traud, (Chief Economist, Head of Research, Helaba), Jessica J. Federer (Chief Digital Officer, Bayer AG), Jurate Keblyte (Group CFO, KUKARobotics), Henrietta Royle (COO, British Bankers’ Association), Ursula Soritsch-Renier (CIO,Sulzer Management AG) and Kristalina Georgieva (VP of the EU Commission, EU Commissionerfor Budget, Human Resources and Security EU Commission, Belgium).

Key topics for 2016 will include global economic and finance industry, geopolitical risks, digital transformation, disruptive technologies and innovations as well as future workplace and talent management.

The programme of presentations will be supported bypanel discussions and a Think Tank Academy, which will provide a space for interactionand interdisciplinary exchange between the participants.
