Foreign Minister Titus Corlatean received on Wednesday, 7 May, the Ambassador agréé of the French Republic to Romania, François Saint-Paul, to present copies of his credentials, according to a press release from the Romanian Foreign Ministry.
Francois Saint-Paul (53) was France’s ambassador to Croatia between 2004 and 2009. In the past he has also worked as part of France’s diplomatic corps in Mexico.
He will replace Phillipe Gustin who has served as French ambassador in Romania since early 2012.
