Software supplier Fortech from Cluj-Napoca, owned by Calin Vaduva, completed a EUR 3.5 million investment in building its new office, with a surface of 5,000 square meters, writes zf.ro.
The new Fortech headquarters includes a training room, a meeting room for 100 people, a study room, multimedia systems and facilities for entertainment and social events.
“We made a EUR 3.5 million investment in a new headquarters that gives us the proper conditions for our teams and clients in terms of work facilities, communication, learning, security, social activities and relaxations. At the same time in June we initiated the modernization of other offices for future expansion so that in the near future we can integrate up to 450 people in our process”, according to Calin Vaduva, Fortech CEO.
The company has 350 employees at the moment and hires 10-15 new people every month. Fortech currently has 40 positions open for specialists in .Net, QA and Java. Last year the company posted a turnover of EUR 10 million and banks on a 10-15 percent increase for this year.
