Mark Gitenstein, the former US Ambassador in Romania, has been proposed as member in the representatives committee of the EUR 3.5 billion Property Fund (FP) by shareholder Emerging Markets Country Fund.

FP shareholders will vote on April 22 two new members in the representatives committee that will join Steven van Groningen, Piotr Rymaszewski and Julian Healy.

Gitenstein, a lawyer by profession, has finished in December his mandate in Romania. He has served for more than three years as chief of mission at the US Embassy in Bucharest. He is the first registered in the run up to the April 22 vote.
