FC Dinamo filed for insolvency

Football Club Dinamo filed for insolvency with the Bucharest Courthouse on Tuesday, according to tmb.ro. The file was recorded with the order number 16020/3/2014 in the name of FC Dinamo 1948 SA, the company that administrates the football club. There is no date for the file to be solved yet.

If the request for filing insolvency gets accepted, the court will have to decide on a legal administrator.

FC Dinamo is the fifth League 1 club which goes insolvent in the last two years after FC Rapid, Gloria Bistrita, Universitatea Cluj and Otelul Galati.

Ionut Negoita is the curreny owner, after he became the main shareholder in March 2013 when he took over the Nicolae Badea and Dragos Savulescu’s stock.
