A Turkish developer will build a 35,000 square meter resort in 23 August, near Olimp. The project will include 900 apartment, a 5-star hotel, swimming pools, bars, clubs and sports facilities.

Blaxy Premium Resort & Hotel will be developed in stages at a kilometer north of Olimp Resort, in the sport where the Black Sea meets the Tatlageac Lake, according to the developers’ representatives, quoted by Mediafax.

Blaxy Resort will mix together seven building of summer homes with a five-star hotel. Work on the project has already begun and soon a showroom will be built.

The five-star hotel will have 400 rooms, a business center, a health club, spa and covered swimming pool. The resort will also include a amphitheater, a private beach covering 9,000 square meters and a parking lot located on a 13,000 square meter terrain that will be available for both the hotel and the residential complex.

The project also marks the launch of the “temporary ownership” concept in Romania: the owner will be able to use a summer home every year for one week for the rest of his life. The owner can also rent his or her summer home, sell it or leave it as inheritance.

Interested customers will be able to buy two types of units: a simple Condo with 32 square meters (fit for 2 adults and 2 children) or a Double Condo with 64 square meteres.

The starting price for such a property is between 3,750 and 4,250 EUR for condos with a view to the sea or towards the swimming pool. The money affords Blaxy Resort members access to a summer home for the rest of their lives, for one week.

The project will be developed in two stages: the seven buildings with 900 apartments, swimming pools, clubs, bars, parking lot and private beach will be finished by next summer. The hotel and the spa should be completed by june 2016.

The entire resort will cost EUR 100 million, provided by the developer. Representatives estimate the money will be recovered within 7 years.  The Blaxy Premium Resort and Hotel is owned by Oguz Yilmaz, a Romanian citizen of Turkish ethnicity who’s already behind several real-estate projects in Romania.
