DTZ Echinox appoints new head of property management department

Mihaela Petruescu is the new head of the property management department of DTZ Echinox. She joined the real estate services firm in July 2014 and was put in charge of coordinating the leasing activity for the shopping centers it manages: Sibiu and Suceava Shopping City, owned by Argo Real Estate and Felicia Shopping Center Iasi owned by CBRE Global Investors. She was also involved in the leasing of Promenada Mall Bucharest and Mega Mall Bucharest owned by NEPI, Promenada Mall Targu-Mures owned by AEW Europe and Jupiter City Pitesti owned by Jupiter Group Romania.

Petruescu has over nine years of professional experience on the local retail market having worked for various real estate companies over the years. For example, she was involved in the leasing of Arena Mall Bacau, Era Shopping Park Iasi, Mures Mall Targu-Mures and Cora Constanta. She has also worked as an independent consultant for retailers such as the Librarium Group and Noriel.
