DTZ Echinox appoints new head of property management

Sebastian Mahu is the new head of property management at DTZ Echinox. He has background in property management after he coordinated the Felicia Shopping Center in Iasi and also holds experience in marketing research.

Mahu joined DTZ Echinox in November 2012 when the company won the management contract for Felicia Shopping Center Iasi. He later took over the Uvertura Mall Botosani project.

DTZ manages malls such as Shopping City Sibiu and Shopping City Suceava which are owned by Argo Real Estate, Felicia Shopping Center in Iasi which is owned by CBRE Global Investors and Moldova’s Universal Uvertura Mall. DTZ Echinox manages a total of 150,000 sqm of retail space.
