Diego Martinez Lopez appointed CFO of Orange Romania

Starting September 2013, Diego Martinez Lopez was appointed chief financial officer of Orange Romania, where he will continue the company’s efficiency growth programs.

He replaces Ludovic Pech, who worked for Orange Romania for the past three years and now has been appointed CFO at Mobistar, Belgium.

Lopez has coordinated numerous strategic efficiency and transformation programs at Orange Group and developed business models for launching new services and technologies, as well as TV and high-speed broadband services.

At the end of 2009, he started his activity at the Paris headquarters of the Orange Group, where he held the position of vice-president of the business performance and controlling department within the Home & Convergence division of Orange Group, where he led activities related to fixed services, internet and convergence.

Lopez joined Orange Group in 2000 in Orange Spain, where he held various key positions such as manager of the controlling and financial planning departments.
