D&B David si Baias expands litigation and competition teams

Amelia Teis, litigation lawyers, and Lucian Bozian, a competition law specialist who was head inspector in the Competition Council, have joined D&B David si Baias, the correspondent law firm of professional services firm PwC in Romania.

Teis has lead the litigation and arbitrage division of a Romanian law firm, also coordinating the legal team specialized in public acquisitions. She has assisted clients in over 60 public acquisitions disputes that were brought in front of the National Council for Solving Complaints and various courts of law between 2010 and 2013.

Bozian was head inspectors in the Competition Council for over six years, working in departments such as Industry and Energy. He was involved in numerous dawn raids and acted as rapporteur in many investigations involving vertical and horizontal agreements in industries such as paints and varnishes, automotive and staples.
