Credit Europe Bank Romania appoints new president

Yakup Cil has been elected president of Credit Europe Bank Romania and president of the bank’s board of administration. His nomination must be approved by the central bank.

Cil has previously held the vice-president position. He has been a member of the bank’s executive management since 2011 when he was appointed director of the corporate division. Before joining Credit Europe Bank Romania, he worked for five years as director and later associate vice-president of the corporate division of Credit Europe Bank Russia.

He gradated from the Economics and Administrative Sciences faculty from the Ankara Technical University.
