It is Stefan Stavrositu’s opinion, National Sales Manager NN Life Insurance, who will be a speaker during the first edition of Cluj Sales Conference. Stefan is part of the NN Life Insurance team, the leader of the market, for 16 years and now he is the National Sales Manager. His responsibilities are creating and implementing the sales strategy and he is also responsible for the development of the regional sales managers and the Sales Development Department.
Because in sales the team and the people can be the key of success, Stefan considers that attracting the good sales people towards the company is a difficult process and that the companies should put effort in for this purpose.
The National Sales Manager of NN Life Insurance considers that the management of an insurance company needs to make an effort to attract talents also because of the changes that this domain has gone through during the financial crisis.
“Life insurance field is dependent on the general evolution of the economy and, that is why, starting 2009 the market went through a decrease of the number of people who were interested into having a life insurance and through an increase of the people resigned their contract. Starting 2011, the domain started to recover, but with a series of changes into the services the clients wanted for more security.”
