Dinner in the Sky comes back to Bucharest during August 28 to 30, bringing a world premiere with the first piece of theatre ever to be played at 50 meters above ground, shows a statement by Sky Touring & Events.

Under the name of Bucharest in The Sky, the play “I love you! I love you?” directed by Chris Simion will unfold on the Dinner in the Sky platform on August 30, in Revolution Square.

“The beautiful Dinner in the Sky concept gives me the opportunity to do Theatre in the Sky in my own spirit! For a show to stay with you, it should be more than entertainment, it should be an experience. Come and live together with us this wonderful high experience! Literally and figuratively speaking,” said director Chris Simion.

The event’s fine dining partner is Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest through chef Chaiyasith Srichom and chef Marco Magri.

“We are excited to be the first hotel that provides catering services for Dinner in the Sky. We organized events for up to 2,000 people at the Parliament Palace in Bucharest, in unconventional locations and 400 km away from us, but each time on the ground. We look forward to move past our boundaries, this time to move excellence in the air,” Freek Valk, director of operations for Athenee Palace Hilton.

Places can be reserved on the dinnerinthesky website and since it is an event with limited seating, advance payment is required.

Dinner in the Sky is a concept-event serving dinner at a table suspended 50 meters above the ground and brings a whole new perspective for product launches, press conferences, corporate events and entertainment.
