BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania appoints new head of property management

Mihai Dosanu is the new head of property management at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Romania. He has more than 9 years of professional background in property and facility management.

Dosanu joined BNP Paribas’s local real estate division in 2011. Over the next years he was in charge with managing the America House office project in Bucharest and the ERP Promenada Mall in Targu Mures.

Currently, BNP Paribas Real Estate manages approximately 90,000 sqm of leasable area in Romania. The property management business line was launched at the beginning of 2011 in addition to the existing business lines – transactions (letting and sales), valuation and consulting.
