Belgium’s most popular band returns to Romania

Newsroom 03/10/2014 | 12:16

After three sold-out shows in Bucharest, in 2009, 2010 and 2013, Dani Klein and her band are returning to Romania for their Farewell Tour, extended last year due to public demand. Following a 28-year career, Vaya Con Dios is currently Belgium’s most popular band.

“I am getting older now, and I would like the last part of my life to be different. I don’t wish to travel all the time anymore, as I have done over the last 30 years. I no longer want to feel the stress I have felt before every single show, I don’t wish to continue to sing songs that I no longer can identify with, now that my vision on love and relationships has changed and I don’t want to keep on going on just for the sake of being under the spotlights. Hopefully you can understand my point of view. If you want to share the Vaya Con Dios songs with me and my wonderful musicians one last time, we will be playing in Bucharest, Romania on October 5th, Antwerp in Belgium on October 24th and the very last show in Brussels in Belgium on October 25th 2014. After I will have resumed my career as the leader of Vaya Con Dios. I will be organizing Masterclasses in Spain (Osuna) and in Brussels. Information about this will follow shortly. Once again, I thank you all for your support”, wrote Dani Klein on the official website of Vaya con Dios.

The show will take place at Sala Palatului on October 5 and tickets cost RON 135, 170, 230, 300 and 400 (VIP).
