Application which offers info about consumers’ rights in the EU launched

A new application for smartphones, was launched last week under the name The Consumers’ Rights in the EU which is part of a European Union campaign to inform consumers in Romania.

The application offers advice to European consumers about how they should act when they have a problem with a product, a service or a company, and offers them information about their rights.

The application is free of charge and is available for smartphones on Android and iOS.
