HR company Adecco has pre-leased 920 sqm in the second building of Green Court Bucharest, a class A office project developed by Skanska in the Barbu Vacarescu-Floreasca neighborhood of Bucharest. Adecco will relocate its headquarters in the new location this June. The transaction was brokered by JLL Romania.

The second building of Green Court Bucharest will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 18,000 sqm GLA and is scheduled for delivery in Q2. So far, 18 percent of its GLA has been pre-leased.

Swedish developer Skanska completed the first building of Green Court in October last year and the next month it was announced that Globalworth Real Estate Investments, controlled by Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas, bought it for approximately EUR 44 million.

Building A features 19,500 sqm of office space and it hosts tenants such as Orange Romania, Schneider Electric Romania, LS Travel Retail Romania and Corporate Management Events.

The construction of the first building and the foundation of the second one required a EUR 46 million investment, Skanska representatives have previously stated. The entire project will feature three buildings totaling 52,000 sqm (GLA).
