Adama invests EUR 14.1 mln in 210 new apartments in Bucharest

Real estate developer Adama has completed the second development phase of its Edenia Titan residential project in Bucharest which consists of 126 apartments. Another 84 apartments were recently completed in Evocasa Optima, another residential project the company is developing in the capital’s Titan neighborhood.

Over the past year Adama has invested EUR 14.1 million in the two developments. Out of this, EUR 8.7 million was invested in the second development phase of the Edenia Titan project. This consists of an 11-storey block with 126 apartments. Construction began in October 2012.

Prices start at EUR 54.286 for a studio apartment, EUR 62.381 for one-bedroom apartments and EUR 95.968 for two-bedroom apartments. VAT is not included. Surfaces vary between 45 and 148 sqm.  The first 226 apartments in the project are all sold, according to Adama.

All in all, the developer has built over 950 apartments in Titan.

Adama is owned by Austrian real estate investor and developer Immofinanz Group.
