Enel opens new store in Chiajna, Ilfov county

Enel Energie Muntenia opens up a new store, this week, in Ilfov County, in Chiajna locality, to come closer to its clients in an intensive real estate development area, with dense population.

“The new store we are opening meets the same high standards of Enel, for a welcoming environment and a professional customer experience. It adds to our extensive chain of stores developed in recent years to come closer to our clients and provide the best services on the market, as proven leaders,” Michele Abbate, Head of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia, said.

The store will provide a wide range of services, in a friendly space, to both residential and business clients, as follows: providing information about the electricity market (both free and regulated) as well as the gas free market supply services, according to the regulations in force (such as details in relation with conclusion of the contract, the progress of the contract, energy consumption, change of supplier), receiving documentation for various electricity distribution services, such as grid connections, as well as offering Enel commercial products and services (such as offers for electricity and gas, equipment such as air conditioners, central heating gas boilers, electric boilers, electricity and gas assistance services).

The Enel Store is located in Ilfov County, Chiajna Commune, Dudu village, at No 56, Rezervelor Street, Block 4, will be opened from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, and can be reached by public transportation, using the 178, 278 and 138 bus lines.

The store inaugurated this week brings the total number of Enel stores countrywide to 78 (for both Enel supply companies – Enel Energie Muntenia and Enel Energie). To date, Enel has invested over EUR 5 million in expanding and modernizing its store network, making it one of the largest national chains of stores of a local energy supplier.
