White Image and Lindab announce a new partnership for automating work and sales processes

White Image, a leader in business process automation and optimization solutions, and Lindab, a leading company in the construction materials industry, announce the development of a new strategic partnership for the digitization and automation of work and sales processes. Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to revolutionise how the construction industry manages sales and work processes.

“We are happy to strengthen our partnership with Lindab and accelerate a process of digitization and automation of operations in the company’s daily activity. Through this collaboration, we have reduced manual work by automatically generating offer presentations for products presented to Lindab customers. Initially, Lindab employees went to the meeting with a thick Excel document that was difficult to navigate and understand. Now, the offers are generated in the form of web pages, which contain all the necessary information and video presentations of the components of the offer. All of these are customised and directly address the needs of each client. In addition, the new approach significantly reduces manual work and enables the identification and management of data about potential customers and their purchase intentions. All interactions with the offer are monitored and reported in real-time to improve the sales process”, explains Andrei Georgescu, co-founder of White Image.

White Image has developed a mechanism to include specifications according to current procedures by integrating with a CRM, but without affecting the current flow of technical offer creation. By integrating this solution, Lindab replaced simple offer presentations with interactive presentations that contain all the technical elements visually detailed with photos, video, components, colours, descriptions, and benefits.

“By implementing this innovative mechanism, Lindab offers its customers a clearer, more detailed, and easier-to-understand purchase experience, which helps strengthen its position in the market and improve its relationship with its customers. In addition, the custom-created system allows the management of offers for each sales representative and the status of the sales process. Managers get the aggregated data and can easily monitor the team results and those of individual sales representatives – the number of offers sent, the agent’s interaction with the client, and the number of closed offers”, adds Andrei Georgescu, co-founder of White Image.
