A team of young entrepreneurs from Cluj-Napoca have developed a app called WashMe, that helps drivers book reservations and see which car wash in town has free spots. The entrepreneurs have started their business with a EUR 10,000 investment and have applied for the Start-up Nation financing state owned program, according to startupcafe.ro.
“I think that our business really targets a need in the market. I have been through this situation to run from a car wash to another. I thought a app like this would be the greatest”, Alin Sutea, CEO of Wash Me explained.
“At the moment he get a percentage of each service booked though our app. We are also thinking of developing in the future a subscription option.
We talk to each car wash owner face to face and try to convince them to join our app. At the moment eleven car washes have joined Wash Me. He also have gotten suggestions from them that we actually found useful”, Alin Sutea explained.
When it comes to future plans, they are planning to launch the app also on iOS and also they want to expand to big Transylvanian in order to transform the business in a regional one in the next six months.
