Ștefan Mandachi Launches the First Entrepreneur Training Program

Romanian entrepreneur Ștefan Mandachi, one of the largest domestic franchise founders, has launched a LIVE mentoring program dedicated to entrepreneurs aiming to transform their businesses into franchise networks. In 2023, the business magnate made significant investments in the e-learning market and educational platforms for entrepreneurs, students, and pupils. The new educational project exclusively for entrepreneurs involves an investment of 425,000 euros.

The franchise market in Romania experienced significant growth in the first quarter of 2023, with 30% more businesses of this type opened than in the same period of 2022. Franchise Generator is the first live course for entrepreneurs, in which a team of franchising professionals teaches business people the steps in franchising, from consolidation to actual franchise operations.

“I designed this mentoring program for franchising because the local market holds tremendous potential. While in America there are 792,000 franchise units in a market worth over 800 billion dollars, here, it’s still a virgin market, with franchisable brands being countable on one hand. Those who franchise their business correctly can generate substantial revenue and capture a significant market share. I decided to create this course for entrepreneurs because I’ve received at least 100 requests over the past years. I built the largest fast-food restaurant chain specializing in rotisserie meat in Europe from scratch, then I exited. I know how it’s done.
