Football Museum Bucharest, the first Romanian museum dedicated to football, and Mircea Dinescu, the owner of several unique restaurants in Romania, announce the signing of a partnership agreement for the management of the Football Museum Bucharest’s bistro and café. The new partnership will bring the bistro’s clients an atypical gastronomic offer, based on a “farm-to-table” concept.

“I’m happy to welcome our new neighbours from Football Museum Bucharest and I am sure that we will make a great team. Good food and football’s beautiful stories have gone hand in hand from the very beginning, therefore we look forward to seeing you at the museum starting this summer in order to treat your taste buds to a unique experience.”, stated Mircea Dinescu, the founder of Lacrimi și Sfinți and Portul Cultural Cetate.

The new project is added to the portfolio of unique HoReCa concepts of the team coordinated by Mircea Dinescu, which includes the Lacrimi și Sfinți restaurant, one of the attraction points of the Old Town of Bucharest, and Portul Cultural Cetate (Dolj County), the old agricultural harbour on the Danube shore revived by the poet and his team.

”We are looking to to collaborate with other entrepreneurs and local institutions that want to contribute to the sustainable development of our community. We want to offer Romanian and foreign visitors distinctive experiences, but also delectable ones. For this reason, we are delighted to have by our side, since the beginning of the project, a partner that not only shares our passion for qualitative gastronomy, but also for football. Lacrimi și Sfinți, as well as Portul Cultural Cetate are success stories of the Romanian HoReCa sector, and we are happy to have Mr. Mircea Dinescu and his management team with us.”, stated Tiziana Gagiu, Head of Partnerships & Communication Football Museum Bucharest.

With a surface of 1.500 sq. m. spanning eight levels, Football Museum Bucharest will include exhibition spaces, a space dedicated to private events, a bistro, a café and a fan shop permanently available to visitors or to those looking for different ways to spend their free time in the Old Town of the Capital.
