Rödl & Partner assisted Kuhn Group with their regional expansion in Romania

The Austrian Kuhn Group, one of the most dynamic players leading the area of construction machinery, was recently assisted by Rödl & Partner’s consultants in the acquisition of MARCOM RMC’94 SRL, a company with Romanian capital.

MARCOM RMC’94 SRL is one of most important distributors in the field of construction and industrial equipment operating on the Romanian market.

The transaction was as an opportunity for Kuhn Group to consolidate its portfolio and access new emerging markets, with growth potential, like Romania.

Rödl & Partner’s assignment included legal assistance on all stages of the acquisition process – due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, closing – as well as tax and financial assistance on the due diligence process.
