online store inaugurates its first showroom

Miruna Macsim 24/05/2023 | 14:55, an online business specializing in sanitary appliances and home improvement products, with a turnover of 5.7 million euros in 2022, opened its first showroom in Bucharest on May 19, located in a historical monument villa. This year, the showroom will serve as a support for the online activity, with the aim of generating approximately 10% of the company’s turnover by 2024. The investment allocated for the setup of the new space amounts to approximately 70,000 euros.


The showroom has a total area of 250 square meters and is spread over two floors of a historical villa in the Gara de Nord area, at 20 Atelierului Street. The location represents an essential component of’s business strategy, which aims to operate in an omnichannel system in order to be closer to the needs and preferences of all customers and enhance their shopping experience.

The idea of an exhibition space emerged in May 2022, and its finalization and implementation began in November of the same year, with the renovation works starting in February 2023. Among the partners who contributed to the development of this showroom are Ideal Standard, Grohe, Geberit, and FDesign.

Last year, the company expanded its team, and with the relocation to a new headquarters, the actual renovation works commenced.

“In 2022, we moved our headquarters because we expanded our team, so we chose a location where we could also accommodate the showroom component. Although we signed the lease contract on the very day the war broke out in Ukraine, we considered that our business had reached a high level of maturity, so we needed to develop the offline component as well, and we went ahead with it. We believe that in times of uncertainty, you need to have courage, carefully choose the projects in which you invest financially, as well as concentration and effort. And for us, the showroom was the next natural step, a project that we desired greatly and that became possible thanks to the community created around the brand, consisting of architects and manufacturers,” said Laura Sardescu, General Manager of

The new space consists of 11 rooms designed by 11 different designers, conceived as a place for inspiration, featuring various bathroom arrangements and a variety of products, ranging from sanitary appliances, flooring, wallpaper, and tiles to design objects. Additionally, consultancy services, discounts based on order value thresholds, and free delivery are offered within the showroom.

Throughout 2022, sold over 50,000 products, and for 2023, the company estimates sales of up to 58,000 products, a growth of 17%, considering the expansion of the product range.

According to representatives of, this year has also witnessed an increase in demand from architects, indicating a growing preference for sustainably realized renovation projects, focusing on both comfort and long-term use.
