Neakaisa.ro, an online business with sanitary ware and home improvement products, reported sales of around 8 million lei in the third quarter of the year, up 12% compared to the same period of 2022. The development was largely driven by the opening of the first showroom, which generated a 10% increase in total sales.

The Neakaisa.ro showroom was opened on May 19, in a historic villa on Atelierului Street, number 20, sector 1 in Bucharest. With a total area of 250 square meters, it is spread over two floors and represents an essential component of Neakaisa.ro’s business strategy, which aims to operate in an omnichannel system, to be closer to the needs and preferences of all customers.

Since its opening until now, the physical space opened by Neakaisa.ro has seen a steady increase in traffic, reaching an average of 5-7 visitors per day, and the conversion rate from showroom visits to online store purchases has steadily improved, exceeding 50%.
At the same time, Neakaisa.ro representatives noticed a higher preference for medium-high products among showroom visitors.
As for the evolution of the local online home & deco niche, it reported an increase of several percent in the third quarter, which was also reflected in Neakaisa.ro sales.

“E-commerce saw growth in the third quarter of this year compared to the same period in 2022. However, what had a major impact on our sales growth was the synergy between the brand’s physical presence through the showroom and online, specifically the omnichannel experience we have been offering our customers in recent months. Looking forward to next year, but also 3-5 years ahead, we are confident that the showroom will continue to play a key role in Neakaisa.ro’s strategy. We aim to maintain and even increase the 10% share it generates in turnover. We have a solid growth outlook for the future and we are determined to deliver a great shopping experience,” said Laura Sardescu, Co-founder of Neakaisa.ro.

The company will also be participating in Black Friday, the first time it will have a physical presence, complementing its online offers. Thus, the location at 20 Atelierului Street, sector 1 in Bucharest, will be open with extended opening hours for customers throughout the 10-12 November campaign, including on 10 November, when the price reductions will start.

The Neakaisa.ro showroom consists of 11 rooms designed by 11 different designers and is designed as a place for inspiration, without on-site sales, where several types of bathroom fittings and a variety of products are on display, from sanitary ware, flooring, wallpaper, trim to design objects. In addition, advice and discounts on value thresholds are offered.
