Colosseum Mall signed with the German retailer DEICHMANN to open a 500 s qm store, as part of the current expansion plan of the commercial center.

The leader of the EU footwear market, with a network of over 100 stores across Romania, DEICHMANN comes one step closer to the community of North-West Bucharest, in an area of ​​continous rising retail and residential segments.

DEICHMANN store will be located on the fashion gallery of the mall and will be designed according to the latest store concepts of the brand.

The leasing process of the new commeecial spaces from Colosseum Mall evolves with more than 85% of the spaces already leased. A premiere will be the launch of the first integrated Drive-Thru concept in the location. KFC is one of the brands that will join this concept and additionally open a unit inside the mall, in the food court area.

The opening of the current extension of Colosseum Mall is scheduled for the end of 2021. The next investment of Colosseum developer wil be the first residential project next to the mall with 650 apartments and 3,500 sq m of high street retail units.
