Calvin Klein signs regional distribution & franchise agreement with SARKK

Calvin Klein, a fashion & lifestyle brand owned entirely by PVH Corp, has announced the appointment of SARKK SA as an exclusive distributor and franchise partner for Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Albania and North Macedonia, starting with July 2019.

SARKK will manage retail and wholesale channels in the above-mentioned countries. The partnership between PVH Corp. and SARKK SA began in 1998, when SARKK became the exclusive distributor and franchise partner for PVH’s Tommy Hilfiger brand, for retail and wholesale trade in Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia and Moldova. SARKK is one of the most solid corporations in the industry and continues to expand.

Global retail sales of Calvin Klein products exceeded USD 9 billion in 2018, across over 110 countries. CK has over 11,500 associates at the global level. The company was acquired by PVH Corp in 2003.
