Isopan Est reaffirms its indisputable leadership position in the thermal insulation panel market, capping off 2023 with a record-breaking production of 3.91 million square meters of thermal insulation panels. This achievement reflects a remarkable 12% increase in production compared to the previous year.

As the leading manufacturer in this area in Romania, the company holds a significant 23.6% market share in the production segment. Out of the overall quantity produced last year, over two thirds (2.6 million square meters of panels) were sold in the domestic market, marking an impressive 23.8% growth from 2022. Nearly 1.3 million square meters were exported, positioning Isopan Est as a key player in this sector.

With an eye toward expansion and innovation, the company’s investment strategy earmarks 5 million euros for both 2023 and 2024, alongside the introduction of new products tailored specifically for the Romanian market.

“In 2023, Isopan experienced significant growth and consolidation in the Romanian market. Despite initial inflation challenges, we invested heavily in expanding our raw material storage to overcome logistical obstacles. We appreciate the trust of both longstanding and new partners, recognizing collaboration as essential in our industry. As innovators, we prioritize delivering high-quality products for our clients’ projects, solidifying our leadership position,” says Toni Pera, General Manager Isopan Est.

Among Isopan’s significant projects undertaken in 2023 is a special project involving the entire company, delivering in term 187 thousand square meters of panels to Turkey for the construction of temporary housing for disaster victims. Furthermore, the company has delivered panels for the VGP logistics parks in Timisoara and Brasov, the Fan Courier warehouse in Stefanești, Jumbo stores in Sibiu and Iasi, the Carrefour hypermarket in Bacau, the Lidas factory in Tulcea, the Hornbach store in Constanta, the expansion of the Pirelli factory, Carmistin farms, Penny and Kaufland stores, the Arges Mall shopping center in Pitesti, Eli Parks logistics parks, and CTP Serbia.

Furthermore, Isopan finalized a one-million-euro investment in the company’s latest product, FORTELIA, while also launching an expansion project to increase its raw material storage capabilities. This involves constructing a new space for chemical products, complete with a dedicated mixing room for the development of cutting-edge solutions and foam varieties.
