Egis Pharmaceuticals has relocated its main offices at One Tower building

Egis Pharmaceuticals is among the companies that have relocated their headquarters this year to the A-class office building One Tower, part of the multifunctional development One Floreasca City. The Romanian subsidiary of one of the most important pharmaceutical companies in Hungary decided to join the One Tower office community, one of the first green buildings in Romania.

Operating since 1913, Egis Pharmaceuticals has a long tradition in the manufacturing of medicinal substances and finished products and is concerned with quality and health in all respects. Thus, for the Egis Pharmaceuticals team in Romania, the company chose a modern, certified office space, which meets all the latest standards in terms of safety at work. One Tower building is the first office building in Romania to obtain the LEED v4 Platinum Building Design and Construction certification, the highest level required by this certification. This is complemented by the WELL Health-Safety certification, which confirms the health and safety of tenants at work. The teams enjoy a welcoming and comfortable working environment, with high-performance heating and ventilation systems, as well as a spectacular view over the area. In addition, the community-based concept of this real estate development provides access to restaurants and cafes within the complex.
