MERO, the leading SaaS enabled marketplace for hair & beauty appointments announces the acquisition of Logbox, the most advanced management system for beauty salons in Romania.

 

MERO is the fastest growing platform, providing a marketplace for beauty professionals to showcase and get booked online. Following the transaction MERO becomes the single, most complete solution for salon digitalization in the local market.

In terms of appointment volume, MERO is the fastest growing platform in Romania, with the app facilitating over one million client appointments in beauty salons in the last six months. The acquisition and integration of Logbox under the MERO brand, allows the company to strengthen its leading position in this segment.
