Tuio, a creative digital agency based in Bucharest, announced today that Starbucks Romania has selected them as their new agency of record (AOR).
The agency is tasked with growing the brand’s digital presence and adapting the international strategy and creative locally. The partnership was launched in the context of the so-called “new normal”, imposed by recent global and local events.
“Starbucks Romania extended us the challenge of supporting them in their post-pandemic communication needs. We responded with solutions which are highly adapted, personal, and authentic – which were very well received. We’ve worked with what we consider to be a winning formula for the brand, no matter what the situation might be – three weeks or three months from now”, stated Andrei Gingirov, Business Development Director Tuio.
“We’ve always strived to perfect those moments which connect us whenever we enjoy coffee in a Starbucks location. In the current context we sought out the right agency to support the brand’s general marketing needs for the Romanian market, while also being able to translate that experience into the digital sphere. That’s how we found Tuio”, stated Maria Feer, Brand Manager Starbucks Romania.
Work between the two entities has already begun, and includes integrated brand activations (both online and offline), social media, digital media as well as projects in other communications channels relevant to the brand.
