Action Global Communications, regional communication and public relations consultancy group present in 40 countries, including Romania, announces an important change in the management: Chris Christodoulou takes the role of CEO from the company’s founder Tony Christodoulou. The generation change comes after 45 years since the founding of the company and is supported by a renewal of the brand identity.
“I am honored to retrieve the mandate from my father, along with the strong imprint that he let over this profession. He pioneered in the PR industry through activities and opened subsidiary even in countries where the freedom of speech was censured, at that time. Our industry transformed itself a lot during the years, but some things remain just as important – the local cultural understanding that we bring to the international clients, the variety of communication instruments that we are working with and the authenticity principles that we continue to cultivate being always close to the Action team and our clients,” said Chris Christodoulou, the new CEO.
Tony Christodoulou remains active in the group, as chairman.
The new brand identity reflects the strategic group’s direction and the theme «Meaningful Connections» expresses the way the agency works and supports its clients in order for them to achieve their objectives. Action Romania had a significant contribution to the developing of the new brand platform.
In Romania, Action has almost 20 years of experience and offers integrated consultancy services of communication and public relations for organizations such as: OMV Petrom Marketing, Deloitte, Enel, GE, The European Commission, GTS Telecom, Honeywell, IMMOFINANZ, Boehringer Ingelheim, Medicover or Porsche Finance Group.
