2Performant targets a turnover of RON 48.6 million and EBITDA of RON 2.6 million in 2023

2Performant, a technology company and the leader of the affiliate marketing market in Romania, targets for 2023 a turnover of 48.6 million lei, an increase of 39% compared to the result in 2022, EBITDA of 2.6 million lei, a doubling compared to the previous year, and a net profit of 863 thousand lei, an increase of 234%.


We are pleased to announce that our revenue and expense budget for 2023 exceeds our original projections, remaining true to the approach that has generated recent successes. We continue to invest in the company’s long-term growth, significantly increasing margins and developing the platform and business model to further support champions in performance marketing and eCommerce. In addition, the recent launch of our Pay for Performance service will help to increase the share of online stores’ performance marketing budgets, while the shift in consumer behavior between offline and online offers us huge opportunities for growth. We remain committed to innovating and delivering effective solutions to strengthen our leadership position in affiliate marketing and adapting to the changing needs of our customers,” stated Dorin Boerescu, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of 2Performant.

Regarding the results targeted by the company for this year, if the one-off non-cash allocation of the Stock Option Plan program, in the amount of 788 thousand lei, is excluded from the calculation, EBITDA reaches a value of 3.4 million lei, while the actual net profit generated by the company amounts to 1.5 million lei.

This year, 2Performant will continue to launch several new features, such as the recently implemented Pay For Performance and the rating system within its platform. This will result in improved capture of online generated sales and related marketing budgets. The company also remains committed to the concept of gamification in marketing, an example of which is the Business League, the world’s first decentralized marketing competition, which will run until at least the end of 2024.

2Performant posted in 2022 a turnover of 35.1 million lei, a 36% increase compared to 2021, EBITDA of 1.3 million lei, +164% compared to the previous year, and a net profit of 258 thousand lei, an increase of 137% compared to the loss recorded in 2021. These results will be subject to the approval of 2Performant’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which will take place on April 24, 2023, both in person at the Marmorosch Bucharest Autograph Collection Hotel and online via the eVOTE platform.

2Perfomant is listed on the AeRO market starting as of December 9, 2020, and as of October 2021, 2P shares are included in the BET-AeRO index developed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange for this market.
