Roxana Dudău joins Wolf Theiss Bucharest Office as Partner and Head of Real Estate & Construction practice

The Bucharest office of CEE / SEE law firm Wolf Theiss welcomes Roxana Dudău as its new partner. Starting from September 1^st, 2022, Roxana will coordinate and focus on further developing the Real Estate & Construction practice in Romania and other Wolf Theiss jurisdictions.

Roxana Dudău is a well-recognized Real Estate practitioner, bringing over twenty years’ of experience as a business lawyer. Throughout her career, she has advised strategic foreign investors active in the field of retail and construction on their market entry and expansion in Romania. She has also advised banks and investment funds, as well as Romanian investors on various types of transactions covering a number of asset classes on the Romanian market (e.g. office, retail and industrial warehouses). Roxana has also advised large investors in the automotive and aerospace sectors on their greenfield investments in Romania.

Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Roxana was an Associate Partner of Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații (a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Ltd and part of the EY Law global network), being responsible for the Real Estate Department of the firm and the German Desk Coordinator within EY Romania. Previously, she has been part of the Noerr team in Romania for more than 17 years, also coordinating Noerr’s Real Estate & Construction Department as Associated Partner.

Roxana Dudău holds a Bachelor’s degree from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, Iaşi (1998), and a Master’s degree from the University of Constance, Germany (2003). She has also pursued postgraduate studies at the Department of Letters of the University of Constance, Germany (2001). In 1999, she was admitted to the Iaşi Bar and in 2004 to the Bucharest Bar.
